With EVERY floor that we install, we send out a survey to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every aspect of their purchase, from the initial contact in the showroom, to the moment when the installer has left. We collect an overall rating, as well as any comments our customer would like to submit. Below is some of the data that we have compiled from these surveys.
